All of us use shampoo to clean and wash our hair but a lot of us skip conditioner because we think of it as an unnecessary step. But that’s not true at all. Our hair needs conditioning because it adds to the benefits of the shampoo and provides extra love and care to the hair. In this post I am going to review sulphate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner from GLAMISHA.
ABOUT THE BRAND –
THEIR PRODUCTS ARE :
- Paraben free.
- 100% vegan.
- Cruelty free.
- Made with premium quality natural ingredients.
ABOUT THE SHAMPOO –
PRICE : Rs.395 FOR 100 ml
The product’s packaging is similar to other products from this brand; the only difference is the presence of red color with white and black. This red color distinguishes it from their other products. The cardboard box that has a tube inside it and both of them have all the necessary details on them.
The tube comes with a flip top cap and has a spill-proof packaging. The only disappointing thing about the packaging is that the cap is unscrew-able which means that if by chance you squeeze out some extra product, then you cannot put that back in the tube by any means. Other than this, there is nothing wrong with the packaging.
Coming to the shampoo, it has a mild and gentle floral fragrance which stays for long. The texture and consistency is similar to other shampoos. It has a slightly shimmery (metallic) color. Because it is sulphate free, it doesn’t lather much.
After a month’s usage, I can clearly tell that it keeps my hair nourished and moisturized and doesn’t make them look dry or frizzy. It makes them feel soft, smooth and they look shiny too.
P.S. I don’t prefer using this shampoo when I oil my hair because it doesn’t foam much and that makes me feel as if the oil hasn’t come out of my hair and I end up shampooing my hair again and again.
Overall, I quite like this shampoo as it cleanses the hair really well and makes it look nice and moisturized. It also strengthens the hair and reduces the hair fall.
ABOUT THE CONDITIONER –
PRICE: Rs.355 for 100 ml
The conditioner has the same packaging as that of the shampoo but with purple colored theme. The conditioner is white in color and has a thick consistency which looks creamy and rich. It has the same fragrance as that of the shampoo from Glamisha. The conditioner is enriched with Pro Vitamin B5 and tea tree oil.
I use this conditioner in conjunction with Glamisha shampoo only so my review is based on that experience. I use a pea- sized amount on my hair and I feel that is sufficient for my length. Its thick and rich texture gets soaked into the hair really quickly and detangles them within minutes.
It makes my frizzy hair so smooth, shiny and soft as if I have just got a nice hair spa done. It improves the overall texture of the hair.
You can find Glamisha here.
Although I love both these products from Glamisha but some people might find them little pricey but I don’t mind spending a few extra bucks for something that doesn’t harm my hair as much as the other shampoos and conditioners do.
Overall, this shampoo-conditioner duo has proved to be really good for my hair. Both the products stand true to their claims. I highly recommend both these products.
I hope you liked this review.
