Face washes are an essential no matter what your skin type is, what the weather is, it is a MUST! I am one of those who never uses soap on my face no matter how lazy I feel at that moment. I also like to switch my face wash every now and then as I like to try out new and different brands and their variants. This time I shifted to Glamisha Face wash which has Mulberry and Licorice extracts in it.

MY TAKE ON THE PRODUCT –
The product comes in a cardboard packing which mentions all the necessary details about the product very clearly. Inside it, the main packaging of the product is in a tube form with black flip top cap. The packaging seems to be sturdy and travel friendly too.
Coming to the actual product inside the tube- the face wash is light blue in color and has a very mild and soothing fragrance of mulberries which I don’t think would bother anyone. It has a gel based formula, which doesn’t lather much. The face wash has a unique list of ingredients like Aloe Vera, licorice extracts, mulberry extracts, etc. I read it somewhere that mulberry extract has skin lightening and anti-ageing properties and licorice extracts help get rid of pigmentation and helps in skin brightening. The only downside is that it has SULPHATE based ingredients too in it.
I have been using this face wash from 15 days now, and from the first use itself I could feel that it really moisturizes and hydrates the skin. Since my skin is on the oilier side these days hence I skip moisturizer after using this face wash but people with dry skin type will have to use a moisturizer post wash as my sister who has a dry skin type had to use a good heavy moisturizer after using this face wash. This face wash cleans up the face really well and it can even clean slight makeup too. It is gentle on the skin too. It brings a slight radiance (glow) to the skin and makes it look fresh. I am happy with this face wash at the moment as it controls the oil production but once my skin gets back to its dry state, I don’t know if I would like it this much or not.
MY VERDICT –
At the moment I am satisfied with the Glamisha face wash but may not use it when I would get back to my dry skin type. Also, I feel that this face wash may not be a pocket-friendly option for many but that is because it falls in the luxury beauty category. Also, the presence of sulphate based ingredients is a downside too.
