Brands these days are flooding the market with different sort of essential oils but do we actually know what these essential oils are?

Essential oils are basically extracted from parts of plants, flowers, etc. through various processes. They contain “the true essence of the plant they are derived from”. They are highly concentrated in nature and tiny amount of it goes in long way. Essential oils are used for wide range of purposes – be it skin, hair, health or mind related.

How to use an Essential Oil?

As far as I have read online, you should always dilute an essential oil before using it as it is highly concentrated in nature. They can be diluted in any carrier oil like argan, coconut or any other – 3-5 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil (I read this somewhere).

Moksha lifestyle has a huge variety of essential oils, fragrance oils, carrier oils, hydrosols and clays that are used in cosmetics. Their products are very well priced as compared to other brands.
